The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA, intends to purchase badge making equipment (hardware and software) capable of digitizing photographs, creating barcoded strips and supporting creation and maintenance of employee databases. This sytems must be compatible with existing computer assets (PCs). Proposed system must be equal to or exceed the specifications of the Loronix Information Systems ImageShare-1 color PVC (1 each), PVC cards, white w/signature (2000 each), signature pad (1 each), color ribbon kits with resin (8 each) and cleaning cards (2 each). All responsible sources may respond to this agency. No solicitaiton document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Written responses, to include technical specifications, delivery schedule and prices must be received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal meets all technical and delivery requirements and is determined to be the lowest overall cost to the Government.
