All software is 1 copy unless otherwise stated. The period of performance is 1 Oct 94 through 30 Sep 95. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Any offeror who responds to this synopsis shall submit pricing in the aggregate with their response within 15 days of this notice first appearing in the CBD. No telephone responses will be accepted.
