WATSON, (360)476-7265 This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with HSQ Technology to provide software engineering support and installation for upgrading the existing HSQ Miser system at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. This requirement includes: configuration of new hardware, file/database generation, data conversion of site specific operations, data transfer from existing HSQ Miser databases to new HSQ environment, interfacing with existing Miser 2500 remote terminat units, and creating backup procedures for system and history files. The upgraded HSQ System will be used to enhance the existing energy monitoring in the Shipyard. Period of performance is 30 days after contract award. Final installation is Bremerton, WA.
