Present system consists of 2200 voice station lines and 2680 wired capacity. Contractor must provide full service, including any required installation of add on equipment, maintenance and follow-on service for the period of the contract. Contractor must guarantee a two (2) hour response time for requests for emergency service, and must have two (2) factory-trained and certified personnel who will be available to service VA equipment within the emergency response times indicated. This solicitation will be a Request for Proposals (RFP). All responsible offerors may submit a proposasl which will be considered. Requests for solicitations must be in writing.
