This is a Market Survey to locate any additional sources for NSN:6130-00-124-4986, Power Supply Assembly, drawing SM-A-753294 This power supply is specifically used in Frequency Converter unit CV-3084 of the AN/FSC-78,79. Currently the ARMY's source for this item is Comtech Microwave Corp. (CAGE CODE:31196) of Melville N.Y. part number 1130000097. The drawing (SM-A-753294) defining this power supply lacks sufficient data I.E. Test procedures for power supply, wiring of components etc. No further buys are exspected for this power supply do to an upcomming modification to the end item system. if an additional source can furnish this power supply they must so indicate by writing to Commander, CECOM, Attn: AMSEL-LC-ED-RS (SLAV), Fort Monmouth, N.J. 07703-5023. The response must include documentation detailing how the acceptance testing of these assemblies will be accomplished, the results, a copy of a purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the current source, or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the item. These items must be Form Fit and Functionally iterchangeable with the item that the current source supplies for NSN:6130-00-124-4986. The successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the ARMY. The deadline for this response is 30 Mar 95.
