The Government is soliciting companies/businesses with the intention of awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract under the Caribbean Basin Radar Network (CBRN) Program. This contract action will provide integration and Satellite connectivity of a Colombian owned and operated Alenia ATCR-22K/M radar into the Air Force CBRN Autotell system at Howard AFB, Panama. Westinghouse is currently the prime contractor for the CBRN Program, performing under a Firm Fixed Price contract. As part of the integration and connectivity effort, Westinghouse's proprietary software to the Autotell system will be modified. Westinghouse Electric Corp. designed and installed the Autotell system for the Air Force under contract F19628-87-C-0187. The satellite connectivity will transmit radar data and voice between Bogota, Colombia and Howard AFB, Panama. Interested firms capable must submit a qualification package, not to exceed 20 pages, explaining your capabilities.
