Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/779-3297 This requirement calls for provision of a one-time upgrade to the Pollution Control System (PCS) at the Fuel Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC). The upgrade shall provide faster processing with less maintenance and greater reliability. The PCS was designed, developed and installed by Engineering Design Group, Tulsa, OK to meet unique requirements of the Fuel Department. No drawings, specifications or other product description exists to permit competing this upgrade. Delivery of the upgraded system is to be made at the FISC by 31 December 1995.
