This procurement is necessary for the agency to meet the requirements of section 331 of 49 U.S.C. It is contemplated that an Indefinite Quantity (Time and Material) Contract will be awarded. The proposed contract will be awarded for a period of two (2) years, with one additional three year option. The solicitation will be mailed to those organizations responding in writing to this announcement. Written request for this solicitation must be accompanied by two (2) self-addressed mailing labels.
