The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), anticipates issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) # RCM-5-15626 on or about 04/07/95, for bids from firms who have interest and experience in installation of modular systems furniture, primarily Trendway and Kimball. The installer shall also provide/maintain approximately 5,000 square feet of storage space. Storage facility must be bonded, secure, weather protected, and inspectable. The successful Subcontractor shall be located within a 75 mile radius of the Laboratory which is located at 1617 Cole Boulevard, Golden Colorado 80401. The estimated not to exceed amount for this time and materials subcontract which includes the base year and 2 option years is between $100,000 and $250,000. No pre-bid conference is scheduled. Tentative date for RFB issuance is April 7, 1995 with a tentative date for receipt of bids of April 28, 1995.
