The Clinical Center of the National Institutes of Health is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Prothetics, Orthotics, or custom seating for NIH Patients who have functional defects, have undergone amputations and who are on research protocols. It is anticipated that a one year fixed price type contract with 4 twelve month option periods will be awarded. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Multiple awards may be made from this RFP. Only written or facsimile requests for this RFP will be accepted. Oral or telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation will NOT be honored. In addition the Government will NOT pay for preparation or submission of any information submitted in response to this synopsis.
