Readjustment Counseling for purpose of these contracts are counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other counselors, individually or in concert; to ameliorate social, psychological or behavioral impairment which interferes with individual veterans, i.e. vietnam-era and all post vietnam conbat theaters, relationships or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life.
