ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES For FACILITY ASSESSMENTS AND RELATED FACILITY STUDIES AND ANALYSIS For THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH (NIH) Facilities (NATIONWIDE) INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT. 20,000,000 gross sq. ft. The period of performance is 1 year with options for up to an additional 4 one year option periods. Selection criteria for consideration in decending order of importance of qualifications will be: (1) experience, including facility assessments of facility surveys, feasibility studies, historic documentation, technical reports and inspections, (2) staff for this project including availibility of required diciplines with principal capabilities in architecture, mechanical, and electrical and the firm/team must also have fire protection, archaeological, architectural historian, civil, structural, environmental and industrial hygiene capabilities, registration and education of key professional personnel, (3) management including organizational structure, ability to meet schedules and budgets, past performance on government and private industry contracts in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules and past performance as a team, (4) minority participation including women and minority participation in subcontracting, women and minority management and staffing, (5) location to include response time for the firm/team within 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours to the NIH, Bethesda, Maryland facility. Any firm desiring consideration is required to submit an SF 254 (even if currently on file) for the firm and each consultant and an SF 255 for the team and must be received by 4:00 pm eastern time within 30 days from the date of this publication. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Submitting firms should indicate on the SF 255, Block 10 that they are small business. Women-owned and minority-owned firms are encouraged to participate.
