S -- FURNISH, INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF WASHER AND DRYERS SOL DAKF23-95-B-0019 DUE 050195 POC Contract Specialist, ANGELA JACOBS, (502)798-7852, GERTRUDE A. COLBERT, Contracting Officer, (502) 798-7566 Contractor shall furnish, install, and maintain washers and dryers. Approximate number of washer/dryers are 650/640, respectfully, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Solicitation specifies are: firm fixed price service requirement, base year with four (4) option periods, base year performance period is December 1, 1995 through November 30, 1996, SIC 7359, small business size standard is $3.5 million. Installation shall be accomplished within thirty (30) calendar days after contract award. Initial installation of washers/dryers at base year shall be new, without mechanical or other defects. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, biweekly preventative maintenance inspections, cleaning and maintenance of dryer vent housing units, unstopping washers drains, and relocation of existing washers/dryers as required by the Government.
