Streets willbe paved and included concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and lighting. Work includes all site work, utilities, landscaping, and demolition of 3 existing buildings. Site amenities will include pedestrian paths and playgrounds. Base bid will constructthirty two 2-bedroom units; Option I will construct six 2-bedroom and two 4-bedroom units; Option II will construct four 2-bedroom and four 4-bedroom units; Option III will construct eighteen 2-bedroom and six 4-bedroom units. The award of options isdependent upon the availability of funds. This is a total labor surplus area set-aside procurement. The estimated price range for this contract is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Duration of the contract is approximately 19 months for the BaseBid.
