Work will be phased and consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to construct A Youth Center Ballfield Complex to include: a regulation size and Minor League field with bases, grass, foul poles, chainlink backstop, chainlink fences, irrigation, lighting, asphalt parking lot, and other associated equipment. Also included is the construction of a snackbar facility, complete with service area, storage area, male and female toilets, lighting, plumbing, and other associated equipment. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $500,000 and $1 million with a performance period of 120 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1629 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The proposed contract listed here is a Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) purchase and it does not obligatge appropriated funds of the United States Government. NAF funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve Federal tax dollars. All firms, including small and small disadvantaged business concerns, shall be given maximum practical opportunity to compete for award of NAF contracts.
