Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to renovate 2400 square meters within an existing motel building at Wakpala, SD. The project provides for complete site work including utility connections, pavements and landscaping, concrete unit masonry, roof structure, carpentry, building insulation, roof insulation, roofing, wood and metal doors, hardware, aluminum windows, glass and glazing, interior framing and interior finishes. The project also includes kitchen/food service equipment, casework and specialties, furnishings, and complete mechanical and electrical systems including boilers, HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, plumbing, fire protection, standby generator, lighting, power, special alarm and communication systems. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project was designed in metric units. Inspection will take place in metric units. Submittals must be provided in metric units. A partial refundable fee of $250 per set of bid documents is required. Checks are to be made payable to L.A. Olson & Associates. Bid documents will be available on or about March 23, 1995, at the office of the Architect/Engineer, L.A. Olson and Associates, 235 Moore lane, Billings, MT 59101, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. Contract completion time is 420 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Tribe. Award is subject to availability of funds.
