The intent of this contract is to provide for the routine and reoccurring maintenance of the Forest developed road system and administrative use road system within the boundaries and jurisdiction of the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger District, Tillamook, Yamhill, Lincoln Counties, Oregon. Work includes but is not limited to ditch cleaning, blading, brushing, culvert replacement, cleaning culverts, cleaning bridges and pavement cleaning. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies, and perform all work required to maintain the facilities in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. Contract time is 260 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work date is June 1, 1995. Bonding is required.
