Z -- CONE STORAGE BUILDING REMODEL WITH RESTROOMS ADDITION Sol R6-1-95-405. Due 051195. POC Contract Clerk (503) 383-5543. This project consists of a Cone Storage Building remodel with a restroom addition at the Bend Pine Nursery. Project consists of the general remodeling of an existing building with the addition of a new restroom facility. Project will require: (1) Architectural Services such as in the demolition of an existing 18 foot by 60 foot wall as well as the construction of new walls to define new work areas, cabinet work and the construction of a 12 foot by 13 foot restroom consisting of two unisex units. One unit will have a handicapped toilet and a lavatory while the other will have a toilet, lavatory and shower; (2) Electrical services such as in the electrical connections to a new cone flaring kiln as well as supply and exhaust ducting to this unit. Electrical work further includes additional lighting and receptacle circuitry plus significant rewiring to accomodate relocated controls; (3) Mechanical services such as in the revisions to the heating and exhaust system and a major extension of a dust handling system for seed extraction and cleaning equipment. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Bend Pine Nursery - Large Conference Room 163095 Deschutes Market Road, Bend, OR on April 25, 1995 at 9:00 am. Approximate start date is 06/04/95. Contract time is approximately 80 days. Bid and performance bonds are required. Estimated cost range is $100,000 and $250,000. (076)
