Work consists of grading, drainage and paving a length of 0.75 miles,
located 25 miles east of Fresno and southeast of Tollhouse at the end
of Sycamore Road (2.2 miles east off Burrough Valley) on Cold Springs
Reservation in Fresno County. Pavement sealing and incidental work on
Tule River Reservation Roads, Route Nos. 70, 211 and 234 for a length
of 8.10 miles, located 15 miles east of Porterville on Tule River
Reservation in Tulare County. Repairs on 85 feet of Tule River
Reservation Bridge No. J017, located 500 feet from the reservation
entrance on BIA Route 70. The estimated start work date is August 1,
1995 with a total performance period of 75 calendar days. The estimated
cost range for this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is
a Buy Indian Set-Aside. To qualify for bidding on this project,
contractors must be Native American and a member of a Federally
Recognized Tribe, must own at least 51% of the company, and must
