Repair Base Underground Electric located on the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base portion of the Tulsa International Airport, 4200 N. 93rd East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The project includes all plant, labor, materials, services, incidentals, and equipment to perform all work as described on the plans and specifications. The project includes but is not limited to installation of government supplied materials as described in the statement of work for this project for an approximate 32,700 square ft. hangar housing F-16 fighter maintenance. Hangar height varies from 27 ft. to 54 ft. and portions of the hangar must remain in use during installation. Contractor is to supply all specialized equipment and labor for complete installation of the suspended ceiling system. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days after the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small business concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 days from publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting office at USPFO for Oklahoma, Attn: OKPFO-PC SFC Harkless, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111 evidence of capability to perform, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice and evaluation preference will not be applied.
