16 -- PROGRAMMABLE TACTICAL INFORMATION DISPLAY FOR THE F-14 UPGRADE SOL N00019-93-R-0035 POC Contact, Maria Melton, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure approximately fifty-two (52) Programmable Tactical Information Displays (PTIDs) from Loral. Logistical requirements will be included. An Option for follow-on production of approximately eighteen (18) will be included. The PTIDs will provide the increased display capabilities to support the F-14 Upgrade program. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure these requirements directly from Loral Information Display Systems in as much as the Government does not at this time possess a sufficient data package for full and open competition.
