Aniton/Pkwre/ 513-257-2698 Item 0001 NSN 7010- - - The U.S. Air Force library and Information System requires the installation and maintenance of a Cd-Rom Network in 56 Air Force libraries in the Conus and Oconus. Installation to take place over a 3-year period. The system will be composed of five major components including: 1 file server with Novell Netware 3.12 (or higher) installed; 1 Cd-Tower/Server will be connected to and managed by the file server, with Cd-Rom Nlm networking software. 3 microcomputer workstations will be directly connected to the file server and Cd Tower via Utp level 5 ethernet. Each microcomputer will have Ms-Dos 6.22 or higher and windows for workgroups 3.11 or higher installed. Each workstation will have 1 external triple-speed (or higher) Cd-Rom drive connected to it. Each work- station will also have an internal 28.8K baud modem installed. Delivery, installation and training shall be complete within 120 days after award of contract.
