A/E firm shall provide Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Civil Services for miscellaneous projects. One A/E firm will be selected with separate contracts negotiated for each project. Individual contracts will not exceed $25,000. The cumulative total for all contracts will not exceed $50,000. Emphasis will be placed on previous hospital experience, previous open ended contract experience, estimating capabilities of the team, and the ability to meet time frame requirements. The offices of the firm shall be within a 100 mile radius of Fargo, ND. Architect/Engineer firms which meet the requirements are invited to submit one copy of each of the completed Standard Form 254 and 255. Only firms responding by the close of business 4-21-95 will be considered. This is a 100% Emerging Small Business set aside. For the purpose of the procurement a concern is considered Emerging Small Business if the average annual receipts for its three fiscal years do not exceed $1,250,000. SIC is 8712.
