Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential Sanctions Center facility(s) and services for male and female offenders. Interested parties are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, accountability, treatment and furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in San Francisco and San Mateo, Counties, California. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options to renew. Estimated total number of mandays for the Base Period is 30,669 males and 4,380 females. Estimated total number of mandays for Option Year One is 15,695 males and 2,190 females; Option Year Two is 16,060 males and 2,190 females; and Option Year Three is 16,425 males and 2,190 females, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is April 17, 1995. Estimated closing date is June 19, 1995. A requirements contract is anticipated.
