Services to be provided include the design and development of a distance learning program appropriate to the needs of the international motor carrier program; enhancement of the training provided in the context of the international inspectors' competition; the design and development of specific training modules; and, the development and evaluation of OMC's state training program. In the absence of other qualified sources the FHWA plans to negotiate a contract with Ms. Holly Kinley-Lick who is currently providing the services listed. See Note 22. (0080)
