S -- JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR LOWER COLORADO REGIONAL OFFICE, BOULDER CITY, NEVADA SOL 1425-5-SI-30-11750 POC Contact Ms. Sonja Poindexter, Procurement Technician, at 702-293-8569; Synopsis No. 95-06 The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for janitorial services at the Lower Colorado Regional Office, located in Boulder City, Nevada. The Regional Office consists of seven different building complexes located at various sites throughout the city of Boulder City. The total square footage required to be cleaned at these sites is 100,461 square feet. The principal requirements of the services to be performed are that all seven complexes are to be kept clean and maintained throughout the work day, 5 days per week. In addition to janitorial services, the contractor personnel may be required to perform occasional handyman services, e.g., moving furniture, assembling shelving, hanging wall pictures, etc. This solicitation will contain bidding schedules for a 1-year base schedule and four 1-year option schedules. The presolicitation notice (SF-1417) for this project is currently available. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is April 18, 1995. The estimated date for receipt of bids is May 18, 1995. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 7349 and the small business size standard is $12 million.
