Work includes a two story 1,120 square feet concrete block addition to building 18 complete with lightweight concrete roof and associated electrical, heating, ventilation & air-conditioning; mechanical and plumbing systems. The north wall of this addition is to be covered with Anechoic shielding, i.e. outdoor microwave absorbing material. Work at facitilty 45o includes removal and replacement of the 80 steel tower structure and reinforcement of the supporting concrete foundation system, i.e. new drill piers, grade beams and anchoring system. The period of performance is 243 calendar days. Estimated costruction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC code is 1541. (0080)
