The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Interior renovation and upgrade of one facility, levels 1, 2, and 3, including wall finish, paint systems, acoustical material, carpeting, floor tile, base mold, plumbing, shower installation, signage, custom cabinet work, window glazing, exterior door hardware, exhaust fan units, closed door additions, electrical wiring, cabinet refinishing, acoustical ceilings, and wall rails. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The SIC is 1522. This action is being set-aside 100% for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns, however, business concerns other than SDB's are invited to bid. If SDB bids are determined to be more than 10 percent above the fair market price (reference DFARS 219.502-2-70 (a)(2)), this acquisition will be converted to unrestricted.
