Project calls for application of herbicide to a distance of two feet around all buildings, trees, curbs and along North and East base perimeter line. In accordance with public law 103-160, this acquisition is set-aside for firms in the vicinity of the base, that is, businesses located in Clinton County and adjacent counties. This is an advanced acquisition notice and the opening response date is tentative. Requests for solicitation that do not indicate whether firm is a large or small business will not be accepted; requests should also note whether firm is a disadvantaged, or woman-owned business or any combination thereof.
