15 -- WING CENTER SECTIONS FOR EA-6B AIRCRAFT POC Contact, LCDR BOB CARTER, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Northrop-Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, New York 11714, for the procurement of EA-6B Wing Center Sections. The contract will include a basic requirement for procurement of ten (10) Wing Center Section kits and five (5) kit installations and an option for five (5) additional kit installations. Northrop-Grumman is the sole developer and manufacturer of the EA-6B and is the only source that has the unique knowledge of the EA-6B configuration described above, and is the only firm capable of completing the work within the required time frame.
