36 -- TINNING ROBOT UPGRADE SOL N00163-95-R-0173 DUE 042895 POC Contact Point, BOBBIE CHESTNUT, (317)353-7920, Contracting Officer, FAX, (317)351-4700 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Indianapolis has a requirement for one (1) each Upgrade, (1) each Training, (3) each Manuals and (1) each Installation, in accordance with (IAW) Statement of Work (SOW)3-6.5.9 to upgrade the present LTS-2000 machine to make it capable of tinning electronic components by a chemical process using a water soluable flux, a solder dip and deionized water rinse to eliminate CFC solvents in the process. This is a sole source procurement to General Productions Devices under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 21304(c)(1), as impleted by FAR 6.302-1, based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can only be satisfied by unique services available from only one source.
