Upgrade of six Photographic Analysis Photec IV high speed rotary prism cameras with a Hexadecimal Data Recording System (HDRS). The government will furnish the Photec IV cameras and the vendor will furnish all parts, materials, and labor to install and check out the HDRS. System must be compatible in form, function, and pin outs with Visual Instrumentation Model 12-1684 HDRS in order to fit in existing blast housings and to be compatible with existing launch and pad camera control systems. The HDRS must be capable of printing IRIG B time between the 16mm film sprocket holes in the non-image portion of the film. System must support camera speeds up to 5000 frames per second.
