Western Area Power Administration has an initial requirement for 28 microprocessor based transmission line pilot relays. The solicitation will also include options for 56 additional relays. The transmission line pilot relays will be used to detect power system faults and disturbances in extra-high voltage power substations. Items will be delivered FOB Destination to Huron, SD and Loveland, CO. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible bidders may submit a bid in response to this solicitation. This solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about April 14, 1995.
