The hydrographic survey software must to integrated in a PC- based environment. Durability of the software is of primary concern, because it will be used with hardware on-board two multi-track vessels, one single-track vessel, and to be used for editing at the Corps of Engineers facility in Fountain City, Wisconsin. The software will include four major groups: Pre-survey, On- line Survey Operations, Post Survey Processing and Plotting, Volume of Earthwork Computation and Utility Computations, and operate in a Windows 3.1 environment, with various hardware components, and conform to Federal Information Processing Standards. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. SIC Code - 7373: The Small Business size standard for this procurement is $18 million average annual receipts for the previous 3 fiscal years.
