We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorships for the Fitness Center 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament and Slam Dunk Contest to be held on 22 April 1995. The event will take place at the Elmendorf Fitness Center. The tournament will consist of male and female divisions. The event will include an awards ceremony after the tournament is completed. We are asking for sponsorship of 100 t-shirts (with logo), food and beverages, trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division and door prizes. The total cost is approximately $3400.00 for this event. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 19 April 1995. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (079)
