Y -- ALTER FLIGHT TRAINING FACILITY, SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, TEXAS SOL DACA56-95-B-0021 DUE 051195 POC Chief, Contracting Division, 918/669-7275. Project consists of the renovation of approximately 40,000 sf of classrooms in Building 2320 at Sheppard AFB. The building will be occupied by student pilots during the renovation. Work may have to be accomplished during odd hours, weekends and holidays. Renovations include demolition of existing classrooms, office space, hallways, lighting systems and HVAC systems, asbestos containing materials are present and require removal; installation includes new walls, office space, classrooms and hallways, cat walks, mechanical mezzanine, lighting, windows, floor and covering and upgraded HVAC systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing temporary classrooms during construction. No phone calls to order please. All orders will be mailed via first class mail.
