This solicitation is for the repainting of the Timber Lake/Ripplebrook reservoir, a 150,000 gallon steel tank, setting onconcrete slab. The dimensions are 39 feet in diameter, 20 feet high at the side wall and 4:12 roof slope. Work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to sand blast the tank interior, interior platform, pressure wash and minor sanding on the exterior, repaint, all cleanup and disposal at an approved landfill. Recommended Contract Time is 25 calendar days. Desired Start Work Date is May 15, 1995. The Government's Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. (079)
