The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide vegetation removal to the railroad right-of-way and other locations, including but not limited to, fence lines, flat land areas and raised berms. The operations to be performed shall include mowing grass, trash and litter collection and disposal, vegetation cutting and removal, tree and stump removal, and other miscellaneous services as described herein. The use of herbicides to prevent future growth of vegetation on all railroad trackage and shoulders, paved road shoulders, Navy railroad right-of-way, fence lines and other areas, as may be directed by the OIC, at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, CA by means of an Indefinite Quantity type contract.
