The repair shall consist of replacing the main incoming metering switchboard and the main 480 volt distribution panel, as well as secondary 120/208 volt panels. Obsolete equipment includes the generator automatic transfer switch to the frequency converter and panel P-3 shall be removed and all the interior light fixtures shall be replaced. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,00.00.
