Work includes the removal of all existing roofin and insulation down to roof deck, replace with new insulation and modified bitumen roofin on roof Area `A'; remove all existing perimeter flashing and replace with new membrane perimeter flashing on roof Areas `C'. An asbestos survey was conducted and the flashing materials were found to contain asbestos greater than 1%. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 20% bid bond is required. Requests for IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
