HVI's measure physical properties of cotton fibers. A fixed price contract. F.O.B. destination. Delivery Locations throughout U.S. Cotton Belt. Delivery in 180 days. Prior to releasing the solicitation, there will be a pre-bidders conference in Memphis, Tennessee sometime in late August. Exact date will be determined later.
