70 -- LCD PORTABLE PROJECTOR POC Contact Point, ADP Telecommunications Specialist, Rob Bruening, 303/966-6274, Contract Specialist, Darla Feldman, 303/966,3660 The Department of Energy (DOE) / Rocky Flats Field Office (RFFO) is seeking for commercial parties to provide information about their LCD Projectors that meet the following functional requirements: (1) portable, with carrying case, (2) maximum weight: 45 pounds, (3) remote control to zoom, focus, and adjust brightness and contrast, (4) projection screen size from 25'' to 300'' (diagonal), (5) high resolution (the quality of the picture between 25'' to 300'' screen size should not be considerably different), (6) minimum throw distance: 8 feet, (7) maximum throw distance: 50 feet, (8) compatible with MAC and PC/ Windows platforms, (9) remote control to switch between the different computer graphics, not a wand (optional), (10) video inputs (we want to be able to project live television programs or play videotapes for large audiences, (11) built in speaker(s) (the speaker should be powerful enough, so fifty people in a small auditorium can hear the live television program or tape), (12) audio outputs for additional speakers (a built in amplifier would be considered as a bonus), (13) wireless microphone capabilities, so the presenter should be able to speak into a microphone, and his/her voice should be heard from the built in speaker (optional), (14) complete cabling package(s), and (15) power requirements, only 120 VAC or less. The commercial parties' LCD Projector(s) has to meet at least 90 percent of the functional requirements. This is not a bidding proposal.
