CBD announcement published on 3/6/95 is hereby replaced with the following: A firm fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract is expected to result from this solicitation. The Government has a minimum requirement for the delivery of 15000 gallons of test fuel (in increment of 5000 gallons). The blend shall consist of 70% Aviation Alkylate and 30% Methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE). Each blend shall be tested in accordance with the procedures in ASTM D-4814 and ASTM D-2700. The Government estimates a maximum requirement for an additional 20000 gallons of test fuel (in increments of 5000 gallons). The first 5000 gallon delivery shall be required 60 calendar days after award, the 2nd delivery 180 calendar days after award, and the 3rd delivery 365 calendar days after award. The period of performance under this proposed IDIQ contract shall be for 2 years. All deliveries shall be made to the FAA Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ.
