B -- FIELD SAMPLING AND CHEMICAL ANALYSIS SOL W500689B1 DUE 042595 POC Contact Point, Erich Fischer, (202)260-1434, Contracting Officer, David Fuller, (202)260-9256 The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, has a requirement to provide field data collection of environmental and biological samples, analytical chemical analyses of these samples for selected toxic compounds, technical analyses, and exposure assessment support for a range of OPPT programs including, but not 1imited to Lead, Existing Chemicals, and New Chemicals. Capability will be required to formulate data collection programs, to track progress made toward meeting program objectives, and to conduct technical and scientific studies. The contract will support work under the auspices of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8(a) and Title IV. EPA anticipates the award of a level of effort type contract consisting of a base requirement plus four twelve-month options.
