unless absolutely necessary Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for A/E
services for various engineering projects. Project design for U.S.
Coast Guard Facilities located in the western U.S. and Pacific Islands
including Alaska. Work tasks consist primary of design ofbuildings but
support services may be tasked. Estimated individual construction costs
of projects vary. Individual contract tasks will not exceed 200K. This
proposed procurement will result in an IDC to be in effect for a
period of one year with anoption for an additional year. Two contracts
will be issued. Each contract has a potential value of 500K each year,
with a minimum guarantee of $5K. Qualified firms desiring consideration
must submit one copy of SF 254 and SF 255 by the close ofusiness 21
APRIL 1995 for consideration. Evaluation criteria, in descending order
of importance, is as follows: 1. Professional qualifications relative
to work of firm's staff and consultants. 2. Experience of firms in
wide range of work. 3. Pastrecord of performance and
capacity/capability of firm to accomplish work required time. 4.
Organization and Management. 5. Proximity to FD&CC (Pacific). 6. Volume
of federal government work previously awarded firm during past three
years. 7.Minority Women Ownership and Employment. (Firms must show
percentage of minority and women employees in all job classification
and pay scales including principle firm and sub-consultants). This

Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
