Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to remove and dispose of remaining diesel fuel in three (3) 2,000 gallon ABOVE GROUND STORAGE TANKS which contain a combined total of approximately 2400 gallons and remove and dispose of waste oil from a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and a 750 gallon UNDERGROUND fiberglass tank. All fuel, sludge, rinseate, and/or liquid waster to be collected and transported a proper disposal facility. Above ground tanks to be cleaned by triple steam rinsing. Underground tanks to be pumped dry of all contents. Location of job is the USCG Passage Island Light located in Passage Island, MI, in Lake Superior. The estimated range is between $25K and $100K. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $5000,000.
