J -- MAINTENANCE - PITNEY BOWES EQUIPMENT POC Elaine Davis tel: (410) 965-9591 CNT NONE The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking to identify vendors who can provide maintenance service on the following Pitny Bowes equipment: Located in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania Social Security Data Operations Center - Mail Opener, Model #1250; Power Stacker, Model 3250; Sealing Machine, Model 6100; Inserter/Stacker Model 8318; Forms Conveyor Model 317A; Power Stacker Model 3200; Burster/Folder Model 8353; Production Mailers Model R150. Contractor shall provide on-call onsite maintenance service including all parts, labor and travel during normal working hours and emergency calls, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Preventive maintenance on inserters to be performed every million and a half cycles or every 6 months. Two (2) preventive maintenance inspections on all other equipment during June and December. This is a request for vendor product information and not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested vendors who can furnish the required service are invited to submit in writing a substantial statement clearly demonstrating comparable quality of service offered. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided.
