Due to a change in the acquisition strategy the radar will not be GFP but will be acquired by the PACER CRAG integrating contractor as Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE). As a result of this change in the acquisition strategy, it is anticipated that the government will release the draft RFP on or about 3 Apr 95.
