The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for private sector temporary employees to perform administrative services for various federal agencies in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC geographic areas. The IRS anticipates awarding multiple contracts as a result of the solicitation, each with a maximum not-to-exceed of approximately 10,000 hours of services per year. The contractor shall be required to furnish all management, supervision, and labor and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all temporary administrative services covered under the contract within the required timeframes. Services will be ordered via delivery orders on an ''as needed'' basis. The performance period of the contract(s) shall be as follows: Initial Period - 10/01/95 through 09/30/96 plus two (2) one-year options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
