are no longer necessary for use when shipping material to U.S. Navy
ships. This is due to recent changes in Navy policy based on a defense
management review decision, and improvements in more sophisticated and
effective aspects of the passive fire protection program. Fire
retardant cleated wooden boxes IAW Federal Specification PPP-B-601H
were furnished previously by Helena Industries in conjunction with the
National Industries for the Severely Hanicapped (NISH). An outstanding
number of these boxes are available from Helena Industries. All
